Revolutionary Manufacturing Approach
As part of Northstar’s dedication to Atlantic City and the State of New Jersey, the company plans to retrofit the Skate Zone on Bader Field into a temporary manufacturing facility spanning 70,000 square feet. This facility will produce the materials required for the Renaissance at Bader Field redevelopment project. Following completion, Northstar will relocate to a permanent facility in the Atlantic City area, generating a substantial number of manufacturing and high-tech jobs. Additionally, the EXOSHELL panels have achieved a 250-MPH impact rating on the International Code Council’s ICC-500 Tornado Impact Test, making them suitable for the construction of Emergency Management and Storm Shelters across the United States.

Northstar Technologies’ EXOSHELL wall panels offer superior fire protection with various certifications, including an ASTM E84 Class “A” – 30 Minute Extended rating, ASTM E119 1-hour rating, NFPA 268 and NFPA 285 fire ratings. These panels also excel in performance testing against industry standards, including AAMA 501-15, TAS 201-94, TAS 202-94, TAS 203-94, ASTM E283-04, ASTM E330-14, ASTM E331-00(2009), ASTM E1886-13a, and ASTM E1996-14a.
