Tom Barrow Company (TBCo), the leading HVAC solutions provider in the Southeast, has recently named Alan Green as the company’s Nashville branch manager/vice-president and Will Winslett as the new Pensacola branch manager/vice-president. The announcement was made by TBCo’s President, Mike Shea, who also expressed his excitement in filling these two critical roles from within the company.

Green, who began his career with TBCo in 1999 as a part-time estimator and warehouse employee in the Fort Myers branch, has been instrumental in the company’s growth. He has worked his way up the ranks, holding various positions such as inside sales assistant, outside sales, and Fort Myers branch manager. In 2014, he transitioned to the Pensacola branch where he served as its branch manager and vice-president for the last nine years. With Green’s new appointment, Winslett, an outside sales engineer, will take over Green’s previous position.
Winslett, who joined TBCo in 2021 after twelve years as an engineer with the University of Alabama Birmingham, earned both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the same institution. His impressive academic and professional background has made him an excellent addition to the TBCo team.

The Nashville leadership position became available after Don Stewart, the current branch manager and vice-president, announced his retirement after 42 years with the company. As TBCo’s longest-tenured employee, Stewart joined in 1980 as a co-op student from Georgia Tech and has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Under his leadership, the Nashville TBCo location has expanded and grown. Stewart will remain on board for the next two months to ensure a smooth transition.
